- •2 Tbsp (11g) cocoa powder, unsweetened
- •2 tsp (13g) maple syrup
- •1 tsp vanilla extract
- •¼ cup (61g) oat milk, unsweetened
- •1 Tbsp (15g) Greek yogurt, 0% fat
- •1 handful (30g) fresh raspberries
Instructions
- 1.Boil Eggs: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs into the water and boil for 9 minutes. Remove and let cool, then peel.
- 2.Blend: Add the eggs, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and oat milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- 3.Chill: Transfer to a bowl or jar and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
- 4.Serve: Top with Greek yogurt and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
