Ingredients (serves 1 person)

  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp (11g) cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp (13g) maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup (61g) oat milk, unsweetened
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) Greek yogurt, 0% fat
  • 1 handful (30g) fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. 1.Boil Eggs: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Gently lower the eggs into the water and boil for 9 minutes. Remove and let cool, then peel.
  2. 2.Blend: Add the eggs, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and oat milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. 3.Chill: Transfer to a bowl or jar and refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
  4. 4.Serve: Top with Greek yogurt and fresh raspberries. Enjoy!
