Ingredients (serves 9 people)

  • 9 pitted Medjool dates
  • ½ cup (84g) dark chocolate chips
  • 1½ Tbsp (24g) peanut butter, salted
  • Flaky salt (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. 1.Stuff Dates: Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit (if not already pitted). Fill each with a small amount of peanut butter (around 0.5 tsp).
  2. 2.Melt Chocolate: Melt the chocolate chips on a stove top over low heat, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. 3.Coat: Dip each stuffed date into the melted chocolate, coating fully. Place on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
  4. 4.Set: Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the chocolate is firm. Store in the fridge.
