- •1 egg (50g)
- •1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- •1/3 banana
- •1 tsp baking powder
- •1 tbsp dry quick oats
- •1 tbsp collagen powder
- •0.5 tsp coconut oil
- •0.5 tbsp peanut butter
- •2 tbsp cottage cheese
- •4-5 raspberries
- •4-5 blackberries
Instructions
- 1.In a bowl, whisk together the egg, vanilla protein powder, mashed banana, baking powder, quick oats, and collagen peptides until smooth.
- 2.Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the batter to form a pancake and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and set.
- 3.Place the pancake on a plate. Serve with a side of peanut butter, cottage cheese, raspberries, and blackberries. Enjoy!
