Ingredients (serves 1 person)

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp (28g) cottage cheese
  • A splash of olive oil
  • 1 medium slice (44g) whole wheat sourdough bread
  • 4 strawberries, fresh
  • 0.25 cup (37g) blueberries, fresh

Instructions
