Ingredients (serves 2 people)
- •220g chickpeas
- •220g turkey
- •100g kale
- •200g diced firewood roasted tomatoes
- •400g bone broth
- •4 garlic cloves
- •2 tsp olive oil
- •Salt
- •Pepper
- •2 tbsp of tamari (optional, for flavor)
- •2 tbsp of Italian seasoning (optional, for flavor)
Instructions
- 1.Lightly sauté the ground turkey with olive oil in a deep pan
- 2.Rinse the chickpeas and add them together with the rest of the ingredients to the pan
- 3.Cook for about 20min, or longer for deeper flavors
- 4.Serve with toppings of your choice (we added some microgreens)
