Ingredients (serves 2 people)

  • 220g chickpeas
  • 220g turkey
  • 100g kale
  • 200g diced firewood roasted tomatoes
  • 400g bone broth
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp of tamari (optional, for flavor)
  • 2 tbsp of Italian seasoning (optional, for flavor)

Instructions

  1. 1.Lightly sauté the ground turkey with olive oil in a deep pan
  2. 2.Rinse the chickpeas and add them together with the rest of the ingredients to the pan
  3. 3.Cook for about 20min, or until all ingredients are cooked through
  4. 4.Serve with toppings of your choice (we added some microgreens)
